Job Requirements:
• Process incoming phone sales orders, assists online customers through the ordering process, provides detailed product information and features, and technical support if needed.
• Will help Customer service with any Fundraiser calls.
• Sends brochures and other media to Fundraisers prior to their fundraising start date.
• Will help with ecommerce website disputes
• Contribute to and assist with online social media campaigns.
• Process shipping labels for sample requests and wholesale orders through FedEx Ship Manager.
• Special projects as assigned by Supervisor.
•Previous Customer Service experience desired.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Motivated, able to work independently and as in a team environment.
• Exceptional verbal, writing, and phone skills.
• Exhibits patience under pressure.
