1st Shift- Monday-Friday 

Fabrication Experience shown in Resume

The fabricator position is responsible for assembling finished metal “walk-in enclosures and skid based systems using various manual and power tools, as well as metal cutting and material handling equipment i.e. forklifts and overhead cranes. The fabricator will work with different types of fabrication materials and assemblies such as steel tubing, sheet metal, wall insulation, internal / external wall panels, door systems and roofing materials. In addition to assembly, the Fabricator must have experience working with different fasteners, caulking methods and working in a controlled manufacturing environment with strict safety standards and an ISO9001:2008 quality system.
Specific Position Requirements:

• Must follow Clients safety guidelines and requirements
• Must supply hand work tools required to perform the position
• Listens and follows directions from leads and supervisors
• Minimum of 3 years experience reading and interpreting blueprints, CAD drawings, sketches and assembly work instructions
• Minimum 3 years experience and ability to use fabrication tools and materials to:
  • Install and level metal framed doors
  • Install metal siding utilizing air or DC electric screw drivers
  • Install insulation in metal walls
  • Crease and install internal flat wall panels
• Minimum 3 years experience operating tools associated with fabrication such as drill presses, magnetic and hand drills and various saws used in metal cutting.
• Must verify conformance of work to specifications
• Must exhibit quality workmanship
• Identify assembly and production issues to leads or supervisor
• Complete Time Reporting Sheets
• Ensure working environment is clean and safe.
• Report inventory use as required
• Participate in safety program
• Able to lift 50# consistently
• Ability to work 10 hours per day
• Ability to work weekends as required

• Must have a valid Drivers License.
• Background check and drug-screen are required.

Experience that is a Plus:

• Installing siding on buildings
• Experience and Skill in utilizing metalworking equipment (Shear, Brake, Etc.)
• Framing experience
• MIG welding and plasma arc cutting experience
