Immediately hiring Production Associates in Springville, IN!
Description: The production associate will be responsible of the assembly of car parts or operating one or more plastic injection molding machines. The operator will inspect, perform value added work and pack parts accordingly.
Shift Day & Time:
2nd shift: 4:00PM-12:00AM- $15.40 Monday-Friday
3rd shift: 12:00AM-8:00AM- $15.40 Monday-Friday
*Train on 1st shift for 2-3 weeks then switch to 2nd or 3rd shift. Pay will start at $14 while training and switch once you change shifts*
Duties will include:
- Inspecting various plastic parts prior to packing
- Cutting/trimming parts to meet quality standards
- Packing parts using both verbal and written work instructions
- Keeping work areas clean and clutter free

Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
- Must be able to work in a fast paced work environment
