Pay: $23ph 

Temp-to-hire, full time 

Job Description: 

• Process checks and transmit ACH.
  • International vendors vouchering
  • Communicate with customers in a professional manner when inquiring about past due invoices.
  • Data analytical skills to be able to analyze prior payments and research application errors.
  • Process report for potential new vendors
  • Support Audit requests both internally and externally
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement and execute process and process documentation to
  support resolution.
  • Comply with all internal controls to ensure accurate financial records, particularly in relation to
  • Process annual update to credit memo accrual
  • Assists with accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly statements and transactions.
  • Participating in the month-end and year-end close processes
  • Calculates and reports sales tax based on paid invoices.
  • Helps ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.
  • Ensures accounting policies and procedures are followed.

Requirements: 

2 years of experience in accounts payable position 

available to work on site  ( not remote position) 

experience with international vendors preferred
