We are is currently seeking to fill a new Data Entry Clerk position. This is a Full Time, In-person position (Monday – Friday 12:15pm-8:45pm). This position will require strong attention to detail, a high level of quality, problem solving skills and time management skills. The Data Entry Clerk reports directly to the Director of Operations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Create spreadsheets to track important information and sales
- Maintains database by entering new and updated account information.
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Verifies entered account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
- Provide occasional administrative support.
- Assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry.
- Organization skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus
- Experience in data entry (2+ years)
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
