Ranch Hand Needed in Sisterdale
Pay – $17.50/hr
Ranch hand needed in Sisterdale, north of San Antonio. The ranch hand works at the Ranch in such a manner that adheres to the company’s safety guidelines, equipment upkeep, and guest services of the highest level. Represents the company in presentation and hospitality to the guests of the Ranch.
Job Duties:
- Cleaning stalls, pens and other ranch buildings and facilities
- Grooming, trimming or shearing livestock to ensure wellness or collect products
- Inspecting and maintaining ranching equipment and vehicles
- Operates farm and ranch equipment as needed, and performs routine grounds maintenance, including clearing land, shredding, mowing, etc.
- Ordering food for animals and managing the ranch’s overall inventory
Job Requirements:

Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, sun, and dust for extended period of time

Must be able to lift, push, and pull at least 40 lbs and perform all tasks associated with ranching

Previous experience in ranching & operating farm equipment

Willingness to learn and take direction
