Medical device manufacturing is looking for a Customer Service Rep. to join their growing team!
Position requires to have This manufacturing/warehouse customer service experience.
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Temp to hire; full time
- Onsite position
- Weekly pay
This position supports the customer service department handling customer and distributor inquiries, order placement, works with the warehouse and shipping department to ensure customers receive their orders in a timely manner. Provides support to the sales team.
- Process orders that come through EDI system and direct orders
- Communicate order status by email and phone
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Provide shipment details to shipping department
- Monitor customer service inbox and respond to emails
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (good grammar, spelling, etc.)
- Professional, well spoken, great phone etiquette and attention to detail
