Duties:
- Grow company service by increasing agreement sales and maintaining existing customer relations.
- Accommodate customers’ requests and ensure complete follow through with the sales and service process.
- Oversee that service agreement and monitoring accounts are set up, serviced, and invoiced correctly.
- Review existing accounts and bring paperwork/information up-to-date
- Original review upon hiring – contact customers to upsell additional agreements and services.
- Touch base with customers periodically to allow them to update their contact list, etc.
- Set up new accounts
- Gather information from outside sales rep when applicable
- Complete paperwork
- Send paperwork out for signature
- Notify accounting of billing information
- Submit information to Quick Response when account goes online
- Coordinate customer training with sales rep or project manager as needed
- Account Billing
- Review invoices from Quick Response and approve for accounting
- Review and approve customer billing
Service Agreements:
- Review existing accounts and bring paperwork/information up-to-date
- Obtain signatures as needed
- Request help from outside sales rep as needed
- Maintain at least 95% renewal rate annually
- Set up new accounts
- Gather information from outside sales rep when applicable
- Complete paperwork
- Notify accounting of billing information
- Ensure site visits are set up in Blue Folder correctly
- Review agreements with customers (especially contract jobs through GCs)
- Annual review of accounts
- Annually – contact customer to notify them their account is renewing
- Bi-annually – touch base with customer to ask if there are any service requests
- Annual maintenance visits
- Follow up with customer (and/or sales rep) to notify of any service recommendations or requirements – contact sales rep as needed
Annual Fire Alarm Inspections:
- Follow up with customer (and/or sales rep) to notify of any service recommendations or requirements
- Send completed form to customer
- Approve billing for non-agreement customers
- Upsell the following systems and hand off to outside sales rep when needed:
- Data Infrastructure installation and service
- CCTV installation and service
- Access Control installation and service
- Phone system installation and service
- Intrusion System installation and service
- Fire Alarm installation and service
- Spare Parts Kit
- Fire Extinguisher Inspections
