Entry Level Machine Operators needed for manufacturing company located in Auburn Hills

$16.50 Per Hour

Temp to Hire

$100 Unlimited Referral Bonuses

1st Shift 6:00am-2:00pm
2nd Shift 2:00pm-10:00pm
3rd Shift 10:00pm-6:00am

Machine Operator will perform production operations, including but not limited to:

Assembly
Injection molding
Machine setup
Shift reports
Quality inspections
Place component parts in fixture to be assembled – Remove formed part from fixture
Deburring, assembly using nuts and bolts, etc.
Cross Train and Rotate on additional work stations.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 months relevant Machine Operator experience
Attention to detail
Able to use basic hand and power tools
Basic math
Mechanical aptitude
Ability to identify problems
Able to multi-task
Ability to read ruler/tape measure

Job Responsibilities

Follow safety guidelines
Follow standard work instructions as assigned
Perform hands-on tasks
Lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend, and reach
Maintain clean and organized workspace
Troubleshoot equipment issues
Ensure product meets customer specifications
Meet production standards
Work in a team environment
Accurate recordkeeping and quality documentation
Inspection of product
