ResourceMFG is currently looking for Machine Operators in the Twinsburg area. Hiring immediately so you can start as soon as this week!

Available Shifts:

2nd shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm, $17 per hour

3rd Shift: 11:00pm-7:00am, $17 per hour

Press Machine Operator Job Details:

Machine Operators are responsible for operating a cast machine and trim press safely to meet production requirements.
Safely operate trim and cast machines
Visually inspect product for quality issues
Detect and report defective materials

Manufacturing, factory, production, or machine operation experience is preferred, but not required

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 months relevant Machine Operator experience
Attention to detail
Able to use basic hand and power tools
Basic math
Mechanical aptitude
Ability to identify problems
Able to multi-task
Ability to read ruler/tape measure

Job Responsibilities

Follow safety guidelines
Follow standard work instructions as assigned
Perform hands-on tasks
Lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend, and reach
Maintain clean and organized workspace
Troubleshoot equipment issues
Ensure product meets customer specifications
Meet production standards
Work in a team environment
Accurate recordkeeping and quality documentation
Inspection of product
