FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR NEEDED IN POWAY!
Basic Requirements
- Basic experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV Order management from order entry through order invoicing
- Customer service all aspects of the orders Participation in allocation of short amounts of stock Working in various sales channels: Retail, Wholesale, Distributor, Ingredient, Private Label ……………….
- Microsoft Outlook, Email, Calendar Excel, Word, Basic Adobe
- Advanced command of the English Language
- Knowledge of basic office practices
- Customer service skills
Not required but a plus:
- Power Point Bilingual – Japanese
- Ocean Import familiarity Inventory – Food Related general knowledge
- Basic Knowledge of the Food Industry
- Familiar with Amazon Fulfillment Procedures
Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch and (2) 10 minute breaks Future proficiency could have potential for limited over time hours
