This is working for a medical manufacturing company located in the Southeast area of Jacksonville, that engineer and builds guides, implants, and medical devices for reconstructive purposes. Every part of their process is an integral part of supplying the necessary medical needs to save lives. 

Job Title: QA Inspector

Pay: $17 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:30pm 

Summary

Inspect and test finished parts and products through the examination and inspection process. Verify identifying information and paperwork to company standards before turning it over to the appropriate department or before packaging and printing labels.

Minimum Requirements

ERP (like SAP) – Quality & measuring on small parts – record keeping as it pertains to quality

After hiring criteria is met and onboarding process is completed a resume review and interview by the client is required to be considered for this role.

Job Requirements

• Perform finished part and product inspection both at final and in-process.
• Knowledge of and experience in the utilization of sampling processes.
• Contributes and assists with process improvements.
• Maintain existing plant facilities and equipment; replace, or make adjustments to plant facilities and equipment when necessary.
• Assist in quality training to accomplish the company goals and objectives. 
• Assists in Implementation and maintenance of preventative maintenance programs.
• Incorporates shop floor organization and plant cleanliness with plant personnel.
• Assures quality assurance areas are kept in a clean, safe and orderly manner.
• Has knowledge of metric system and capable of using measurement equipment on inspection material.
• Assists with the compliance of the Unique Device Identification (UDI) System.
• Communicates and assist with nonconforming material.
• Entries documented and tracked in SAP.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
