ResourceMFG has entry level Pick/Pack positions available in a climate-controlled facility in Murfreesboro, TN. This is an Entry Level Manufacturing opportunity packaging and sorting food products in a factory setting.  No prior experience is needed.  This is a great pathway to go full time with an amazing company.   

Shift and Pay Information:  

• 2nd shift - 3:00pm - 11:00pm     $16.50 an hour
• Up to a $2.00 increase possible after you obtain production skills 
• Double Time on Sunday if you work 7.5 hours Monday – Monday (Example: $31 an hour if you qualify!)

Pick / Pack Job Description:

• Sorting food products within the manufacturing facility
• Quality checking of food production
• Eye for detailed product inspections
• Sanitation of production lines and equipment
• Measuring food products

Job Requirements

 Requirements:

• No High School Diploma or GED required
• No prior manufacturing, production, or factory experience needed to start
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand, stoop and bend.
• Must maintain good attendance
• Ability to work as part of a team

This is a full time; temp to hire position based on attendance and performance. We are hiring immediately.
