ResourceMFG has entry level pick / pack positions available in a climate-controlled facility in Murfreesboro, TN.  This is an entry level manufacturing opportunity packaging and sorting food products in a factory setting.  No prior manufacturing, production, or factory experience needed to start.  This is a great way to get started on going full time with an awesome company! 

Shifts and Pay

• 1st - 6:45am - 3:15pm - $16.00
• 2nd - 2:45pm - 11:15pm - $16.50
• 3rd - 10:45pm - 7:15am - $17.00

• Up to a $2.00 increase possible after you obtain production skills.

Pick / Pack Job Description:

• Pick and pack food on production lines
• Quality checking of food production
• Eye for detailed product inspections
• Cleaning up boxes/trash and general cleaning
• Sanitation of production lines and equipment
• Measuring food products
• Ability to work as part of a team

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• No High School Diploma or GED required
• No prior manufacturing, production, or factory experience needed to start
• No previous experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand, stoop and bend.

This is a full time; temp to hire position based on attendance and performance. We are hiring immediately.
