ResourceMFG is seeking an experience Production Supervisor for a manual lathe shop in the Warren MI area!

Shift: 1st shift

Pay: $72000+

Direct Hire

Responsibilities and Duties

• 2+ years of experience leading a team, preferably in a complex series production environment.
• 3+ year’s experience in machine shop setting
• Manual lathe, Mill, 3 axis CNC experience a MUST
• Ability to read blueprints and set up machinery as needed
• Communication and leadership skills necessary
• Ability to interpret design function from engineering team and implement production.
