POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:

This is a temporary full-time position. Schedule is Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm with a payrate of $18.00.

Position summary: 

This position is for a data entry clerk working with the accounts payable department. Must be well-trained with 3-part match billing.

Task:

• Generate reports detailing accounts payables status
• Understand expense accounts and cost centers

Skills:

• 40-45 WPM with 99% accuracy
• 3-way match billing
• 14,000 KPW
• Proven working experience as accounts payable clerk
• Proficiency in English and in MS Office
• Data entry skills along with a knack for number
