Warehouse Associates!

1st shift 7am to 3:30pm or 8am to 4:30pm,  will need to be able to work Saturday or Sunday

Location-Kinston, NC

Warehouse Associates needed immediately.

• Experience in operating or willing to operate order pickers that will ascend up to 40ft when picking and put away inventory.
• Responsible for loading and unloading freight accurately, inventory control, rotation and inspection and other warehouse related duties to ensure timely and accurate delivery of freight to customers
• Be able to multi-task
• Pick orders with speed and accuracy using scanner
• Load inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and container
• Read, decode, and decipher freight coding in order to expedite freight movement and tracing process
• Label, weigh, and dimensionalize freight
• Perform cleanup activities in the work area to ensure safety and cleanliness of dock
• Communicate work area needs to Warehouse Supervisor
• Maintain quality standards for warehouse storage and service including communication to internal and external customers
• Maintain and ensure a safe working environment

Job Requirements

Warehouse Associate Requirements include but may not be limited to:

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• High school diploma or GED
• Steel toe shoes are required 
• Able to work overtime 
• Not afraid of heights
• Previous Order picker experience preferred 
• Stable job history- at least 1 years on the last job
• Efficient with computer, Excel, processing order, reading orders and shipping and receiving.
