Direct Hire Marketing Engineer needed in Coon Rapids! 

Flexible with schedule and shift!

Salary: $70,000 - 90,000

Sign on bonus of $5,000!

General Summary

The Marketing Engineer will have overall responsibility for all marketing activities of the company. Responsible for driving the awareness and promotion of the company, as well as developing sales and marketing programs that align with the company’s strategic plan and drive growth.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Drive the development of and keep current the company’s social media platforms, website, and email marketing content such as sales and training materials. 
  • Prepare or assist in the preparation of technical documents such as product catalogs, installation manuals, specifications guidelines and engineering white papers and involved in the preparation of promotional materials including sales brochures, drawings, emails, advertising, and training presentations. 
  • Assist in the training of new field sales representatives. 
  • Support customer visits with presentations, product knowledge, and plant tours. 
  • Understand competitors' products and strategies. Be capable of effectively communicating this information with the Sales team and Sales Representatives. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
  •  Bachelor’s Degree or higher (required). BS in Engineering preferred.
  •  Engineering background preferred 
  •  MBA with Marketing concentration preferred. 
  •  High level of analytical ability required
  • Marketing, sales or engineering experience working with commercial or residential HVAC a plus 
  •  Detail-oriented, ability to plan, organize, set priorities and manage multiple projects.
  •  Self-motivated, able to collaborate with a team and work independently. 
  •  Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
  •  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required. 
  • Minimal travel to industry/rep trade shows in support of product sales and promotion.
