• Pay: 17.00 & 17.50 base on the shift
• 1st Shift: 7:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday
• 2nd Shift: 1:30pm - 10:00pm, Monday - Friday

Fabricator Job Responsibilities:

• Company will provide training
• Will be Fabricating for industrial sprinkler systems
• QC which includes grinding and spray painting
  
• Operates pneumatic bander to ready pipe bundles for shipment when required.
• Install hanger devices to specified lengths of threaded rod.
• Operate Mercury or Pace Make on machine in order to apply fitting to desired pipe.
• Operate bench grinder to apply required end to threaded rod for application of hanger devices.
• Operate band saw in order to cut threaded rod to specified lengths.
• Operate rotary chop saw and band saw to cut pipe to length.
• Handle additional tasks necessary to fulfill the needs of the company and the customer as deemed by the fabrication lead, fabrication manager, or branch operations manager.
• Associated topics: aluminum, arc welding, carbon, composites, fabricate, fusion, MIG, rebar, TIG weld, weld
• Threading, grooving, end preparation of pipe, welding of black or galvanized material, and assembly welding are all performed with our client's characteristic precision.

Job Requirements

• 3-6 months of previous welding experience
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Experience using a Tape Measure
• General warehouse experience
