Wireless Field Service Engineer

• Pay: 55,000 per year or base on experience
• 1st Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
• Full Time

Wireless Field Service Engineer Job Responsibilities:

• Contact customers and provide service and support through project integration or repair of new and existing products
• Assist customers via phone and email with technical troubleshooting; recommend and implement solutions (when possible) when not actively in the field.
• Wireless solutions development testing and documentation of solutions
• Provide test reports and written communication of procedures when requested

Job Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred; high school diploma required
• At least one year related experience in customer service and repair role.
• Good working knowledge of RF shielding preferred.
• Applicant must have good driving record (able to rent a vehicle from a national corporation). 
• Must possess or be able to obtain a U.S. Passport
• Capable of lifting (maximum of 75 pounds) and handling company products and materials on a daily basis
• Requires flexible hours
• Internationally or domestic Travel 90% with occasional weekend and nights as required
