This is working for a medical manufacturing company located in the Southeast area of Jacksonville, that develop and market medical technology solutions, such as implant systems, sterilization containers, and surgical instruments as well as Individual Patient Solutions that are specifically engineered surgical implants designed per patience for reconstructive purposes. Every part of their process is an integral part of supplying the necessary medical needs to save lives. They continue to supply products in more than 140 countries all over the world.


Direct Hire Position! 

Job Title: Compensation Analyst

Pay: $80 - 100k per year

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm 



Primarily responsible for Company’s sales compensation administration. The role will maintain and improve the Company’s sales compensation system and will manage the administration and validation of the sales team’s quotas, sales achievements, bonus plans, ranking contests, and other compensation plans. The Compensation Analyst is also responsible for managing the sales territory boundaries and realignment changes by coordinating quota and mapping changes. In addition to sales team compensation responsibilities, this role will also support compensation analytics for the company as a whole including non-sales positions and provide ad hoc compensation reporting.

Job Requirements

  • Work with sales leadership to generate and distribute annual sales team quota
  • Generate bonus worksheets and validate earnings
  • Facilitate Executive compensation plan review for sales team bonus payout
  • Support the company with compensation and territory alignments inquiries
  • Maintain territory mapping application
  • Ensure system accuracy by completing monthly validation of sales and commission.
  • Manage user accounts for the sales compensation program in Xactly or similar application
  • Perform analytics related to compensation, incentive plans and bonus plans
  • Draft and modify business documents, spreadsheets and reports as requested
