ResourceMFG is seeking a candidate for immediate hire for Production Associates for a local window facility in Kinston, NC. 

Shift: 1st Shift

Pay: $15.10 an hour 

Hours: Full-time; 5:00AM-5:00PM (Monday through Friday, weekends as schedule and may require to arrive early before the shift starts or work past the regular shift, as needed)

ResourceMFG’s associate must be team oriented, have amazing work ethic, have attention to detail and able to learn and rotate until other roles in a fast-paced production environment, as needed.

The right candidate will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role with manufacturer after 3 months of demonstrating exceptional performance and attendance record.

Job Requirements

• 6+ months of manufacturing, assembly, production experience
• Must be able to understand and interpret order data.
• Basic Computer Skills: ability to input proper data into computer using a computer keyboard.
• Ability to add, subtract, work with fractions
• Use, understand, and thoroughly read a tape measure
• Available to work 8, 10, 12 hour shifts while standing for prolonged periods of time
