ResourceMFG is looking for a 2nd shift Charge Maker/Batcher in LOS LUNAS, NM!

2nd shift- M-F 3:00pm-1:30am

$17.60/hr

Weekly Pay- Los Lunas NM

The level 1 charge maker performs all essential functions with minimum supervision.  Includes making charges and preparing and maintaining production data.  Can troubleshoot all problems associated with charge making.

Essential Functions:  

• Make up charges as directed. 
• Prepare and maintain all paperwork pertaining to charge making. 
• Operate forklift to transfer charges to the proper melting stations.                                                                                                                                                                                                      
• Performs other related duties as directed by the foundry foreperson/lead person , works to production and quality standards. 
• Trouble shoot all problems associated with charge making. 
• Must analyze and adjust to unanticipated work situations.  
• Skill in using scales to accurately weigh varying amounts of raw materials and remelt. 
• Must to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines and procedures. 
• Ability to maintain quality control standards.

Job Requirements

Education:

 High School

 Must lift up to 50lbs. from floor to chest and empty into charge cans.

Must be able to establish an effective working relationship with supervisors and fellow employees. 

Must be able to work flexible work hours when needed and overtime when requested.

Communicate to foundry foreperson/lead person

Manufacturing or production experience
