This is working for a medical manufacturing company located in the Southeast area of Jacksonville, that engineer and builds guides, implants, and medical devices for reconstructive purposes. Every part of their process is an integral part of supplying the necessary medical needs to save lives. 

 

Job Title: Workshop Coordinator 

Pay: $17 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (will move to a 9am - 6pm once permeant)  

 

Summary

Correspond with company sales representatives and product managers to have items such as instrument sets, plating sets and demo product sent out for mission trips, cadaver labs, and resident training. Process and assemble material to satisfy requests. Will work with brochures (instructions) to assemble displays. This person will handle small to big objects. This position will be in the warehouse and will have its own workstation. 

 

Minimum Requirements

 Inventory Control/Record Keeping, Microsoft Office Suite, Picking/Packing - very organized, good teamwork skills, strong interpersonal skills, great communication skills. Ideal for the candidate to have assembly experience.

Job Requirements

  • Communicates with the sales force regarding Workshop RGA’s and product information
  • Use of SAP • Coordinates, gathers products, and creates shipping tickets to satisfy requests
  • Maintains product and performs quantity and batch adjustments when discrepancies are noted
  • Processes returned goods, inspecting for wear and damage before returning to workshop stock
  • Assists Meetings Team with processing both outgoing meetings and with review of returned meeting products
  • This person will have their own workstation in our climate controlled warehouse
  • The Workshop Coordinator will work with the sales team to provide instruments for workshops/trainings such as cadaver labs, dry labs, mission trips etc. that they are hosting for doctors and other clinical staff
  • This role will oversee the process of coordinating instruments that are needed for these workshops including (but not limited to) order picking, packaging, inventory
  • This role is fairly autonomous and this person will be responsible for the entire process.
  • The meeting supply team can offer support if needed
