Job Requirements -
Participate in PLEX ERP and other System Deployment and upgrade projects within assigned module areas.
• Support and develop the skills and abilities with UHI GROUP associates using Plex, as needed, at each plant, in cooperation with plant management associates
• Develop, document, improve, and audit business processes within each assigned Plex module working with plants and management.
• Use analytical tools and data from Plex system to create process and procedure documentations and reports to support the needs of Production Plant locations within assigned modules
• Collaborate with other teams (Production, Quality, Shipping & Receiving, Sales etc.) and Participate in improving the use of Plex with UHI GROUP plant Teams and UHI GROUP shared services team within assigned module and functional areas as applicable
• Visit each UHI GROUP plant facilities when scheduled to audit use of Plex system, improve stability metrics, and Plex system goals and objectives. Report results to UHI GROUP operating committee as required.
• Coordinate with plant Plex module champions and business champions to ensure stable use of system for customers and suppliers
• Coordinate and respond to Plex system User Support Requests (USR's) within area of module responsibility according to SLA requirements including any urgent support requests. Resolve assigned support requests and USRs within assigned plex module and functional area(s). Provide routine production support through business solutions.
.• Provide training to Plex system users at each plant as required
• Consults with plant business leads and corporate department managers to develop system solutions consistent with organizational objectives.

Required Skills And Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Supply Chain or Engineering related fields
• Experience as Business Analyst in a manufacturing environment supporting business functions and PLEX ERP system modules in Quality, Shipping & Receiving, Inventory and Labels.
• Plex System Deployment and Plex support experience
• Knowledge of SQL, ODBC, Web Services, PLEX report writing is a plus
Skills and Competency Requirements:
• Strong Functional knowledge of Plex Systems knowledge in PLEX modules - Quality, Shipping, Production Tracking, Inventory and overall basic knowledge of all other plex modules
• Strong knowledge of Plex Systems Label Development Module
• Knowledge of General Supply Chain and Manufacturing Principles, General Shipping & Receiving principles, General Quality Management System principles
