ResourceMFG is looking for mechanically or technologically skilled individuals interested in a full-time career with our client located in Lavergne, TN.

Job Responsibilities of the Server systems Technician:

• Analyze defective parts
• Verify defect is recorded correctly
• Research part vendor and start return processes
• Assist team with high volume returned parts
• Development and implementation of Test Software Log.  Maintain log to reflect current rev of test software being used for all CCBU Products.
• Test and diagnostics of servers.
• Repair or replace parts as necessary for servers
• Troubleshoots technical issues and complete applicable documentation.
• Use of tools and test equipment of various types, to diagnose issues with notebooks and servers
• Disassembles and/or reassembles units according to the applicable work instructions.
• Responsible for entering repair data accurately into the QMS shop floor system.
• Document and communicate repair issues to engineering
• Data Collection and analysis for use in problem solving and continuous improvement

Shifts: 2^nd Shifts Available, Mon-Fri

Starting Pay: $20.50 per hour

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Computer Repair or Information Technology experience is preferred, but not required
• Attention to detail is required
• Use of small parts and electrical equipment
• Ability work in a warehouse environment; bend, lift, grasp, stand, and walk the entire shift as needed
