This is working for a medical manufacturing company located in the Southeast area of Jacksonville, that engineer and builds guides, implants, and medical devices for reconstructive purposes. Every part of their process is an integral part of supplying the necessary medical needs to save lives. 

 

Job Title: Customer Service Representative (this is not a call center position)

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm 

 

Summary

Provides assistance to company's customers and sales force to ensure that all requests received are processed accurately within the quickest possible turnaround time. Placing orders, checking availability, pricing, order updates. Handling specific account management to internal sales members in specific areas and then sharing external requests from one inbox. External including medical professional, suppliers, doctors. Full cycle account handling. Phones are 15% of the requests, the rest will be via email.

 

Minimum Requirements

Training - week 1 is learning systems and processes to get the foundations of the position, week 2 phone shadowing. Moving forward it depends on individual needs. Training is 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday (Have to be okay with a 9am - 6pm shift as this position may move to this shift option. Looking for strong customer service skills that want to learn in a different environment!

 

After hiring criteria is met and onboarding process is completed a resume review and interview by the client is required to be considered for this role.

Job Requirements

  • Process several types of requests on a daily basis
  • Provide guidance throughout the request to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Communicate verbally via phone or in writing via email
  • Navigate multiple systems and databases simultaneously
  • Monitor several email boxes to ensure requests are processed promptly
  • Conduct research in company databases when requested
  • Obtain and provide ETA information to appropriate parties for unavailable product
  • Compile sales/order history reports when requested 
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure that requests are processed accurately
  • Exceptional customer service to ensure customer needs are met
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively via various communication platforms
  • Possess the necessary knowledge to make informed business decisions
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently
  • Comfortable speaking w/external customers/sales
