ResourceMFG is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for our North Houston client.

This position will require the employee to operate CNC machines to fabricate specific parts.

• Will load materials into machines, operate machines, detect and report malfunctions in machine operations.
• Run custom products per drawings and specifications and perform First Article inspections.
• Communicate with Managers and Safety Manage
• CNC Lathe and Mill
• Manufacture machined parts to heavy industrial companies.
• Gear box experience is a HUGE Plus!

Job Requirements

• MasterCam software experience is a plus.
• Program and perform machine setups on a variety of different parts.
• Inspect tooling and operate machines.
• Inspect completed parts using calipers, micrometers, depth mics, go/no-go gauges, etc.
• Read, understand and interpret drawings including identifying tolerances.
• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to management or designee.
