Industrial Maintenance Workers

One of Lubbock’s biggest Agricultural companies are needing experienced maintenance crew members at their site. 

Pay: $15.00 per hour and $22.50 OT per hour; Gross pay range weekly is $735 to $825 based on 6 to 10 hours Overtime. 

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday: 7:00am-5:00pm, Friday: 7:00am-3:00pm, Saturday: 7:00am-11:00am, plus OVERTIME.

Additional benefits available including potential bonuses, health care, and holiday pay.

Industrial Maintenance Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation and repair of machinery and electronic equipment 
• Furnish tools, materials and supplies to other workers
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Other on-site duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• 1 year of previous experience in Industrial Maintenance
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50-75 lbs.
• Ability to remain on your feet for up to 12 hours a day. Preferred Qualifications: 
• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Experience working on motors, belts, conveyers, and be able to weld cut
