Select Staffing is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable clerk for a fast paced Equipment Sales company. 

• Temp to hire
• Pay range from $17 to $20 an hour.
• Hours are flexible between 7am to 5pm.

The Accounts Receivable clerk will work closely with the Dispatcher to ensure all customers are billed quickly and accurately.

Will use a customized Waste Collection software to handle the invoice processing and then use an Accounting software to post payments among other things.

Administrative duties assigned as needed. 

Job Requirements

• Must be proficient in Microsoft products
• Proficient in Excel 
• Must have great communication skills with the ability to work with others in the department. 
• Candidates must have at least 3 years of billing and collection experience.
• High organizational skills 
• Highschool Diploma or GED
• Associates Degree or higher preferred
