We have direct hire openings for Security Guards in Bellevue, WA! 1^st, 2^nd, and grave yard shifts are available!

A company in downtown Bellevue that owns several properties is looking for Security Guards to patrol interior or exterior areas where customers shop, dine, watch movies, work, live, and more.

Patrol on foot, Segway, or by company vehicle and provide customer service to residents, shoppers, diners, and workers who use the properties.

Pay and Schedule Information:

1^st Shift: 6 am-2:45 pm

• Pay: $23.50

2^nd shift: 2:30 pm-11:15 pm

• Pay: $23.50

Graveyard shift: 10:00 pm-6:30 am

• Pay: $24.50

Job Duties of the Security Guard:

• Patrol properties on foot, bikes, Segway, or by company vehicle
• Deter crime, look for suspicious activities, and respond promptly to calls, alarms, and other emergency situations
• Enforce private property rules
• Be professional and courteous at all times when you interact with the public
• Use your communication skills to de-escalate situations
• Use 2 way radios to communicate to dispatch and other team members
• Coordinate with Fire & Police for emergency response
• Issue parking citations
• Assist with traffic flagging duties (certification provided)
• Document each situation on paper and in the system

Job Requirements

Job Requirements of the Security Guard:

• Have security industry experience, either in dispatch, patrolling, guard duty, etc.  
• Be courteous and have knowledge of customer service
• Weekends are required; get 2 days off in a row during the week
• Be able to stand on your feet for long periods
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License
