Description

A company that produces plastics, paints, inks and adhesives, electrical and electronic materials and components, paper and lubricants in the transportation, construction and electrical, food, feed and fragrances sectors are in need of a polyester Quality Control Technician.

Please note: Process will be 2-3 weeks before anyone can start.

This is a direct hire opportunity!
Rate is $28-30/HR
Schedule:  Can be an 8-hour/5-day or 12-hour/7-day rotating shift depending on need 

Description:

• Sampling, testing, and adjustments of thin tanks and blend tanks
• Data entry in SAP
• Sampling and testing of in-process reactions
• Generate, verify and distribute product batch tickets
• Housekeeping
• Verify incoming raw materials

Job Requirements

• Must have Industrial Manufacturing background, Not in Pharmaceutical
• Must have flexible schedule to work an 8-hour/5-day or 12-hour/7-day rotating shift depending on the production work schedule.
• Good laboratory technique (accurate preparation and testing of all samples, accurate, and complete recording of all data, neat work habits, and organizational abilities).
• Good basic math skills
• Must be able  to comply with screening requirements 

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent at minimum
• College courses in chemistry is a plus
