Now hiring for a Warehouse Supervisor!

Payrate: $55,000 per year 

Schedule: Monday to Friday (hours will be discussed during interview) 

• Ensures order fulfillment 
• Shipping/ receiving / staging 
• Perform and manage shipping activities 
• Inventory: Perform cycle counts 
• Clean warehouse and equipment 
• Fully understand warehouse systems 
•  Supports development of associates and executes KPI's and SLA's
• Performs other duties as assigned 

Job Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma 
• Minimum of 3 warehouse experience 
• Minimum of 2 years supervisor experience 
• 1 year of Forklift experience 

Qualifications 

• Ability to acquire TSA certification
• Speaking/reading/ writing in English 
• Excellent interpersonal skills 
• Ability to sit and work on a computer for 8+ hours per day 
• Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per day 
• Light warehouse work as necessary; lifting, strap, label, examine and accept freight'
• Ability to train new associates 
• Ensure deadlines are met 
• Familiar with most common material handler equipment; Forklifts, industrial trucks, pallet jacks, etc. 

Computer skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft applications; such as Word, Excel, Outlook 
• Proficiency Inventory and warehouse web platforms 
• Ability to learn new programs
