Now hiring Customer Service Supervisor!!

Payrate: $56,000 - 85,000

Schedule: Monday to Friday (hours will be discussed during interview) 

Interacting with customers, vendors, agents, account coordinators, clerks, or any necessary personnel to attain customer expected goals. 

 

  • Interacts with operations, warehouse, sales, and quality departments to satisfy customer needs 
  • Trains new employees 
  • Establishes plans for employees to complete tasks 
  • Assist with customer satisfaction reporting 
  • Communicates needs to team / new products and services 
  • Inventory Control- cycle counting 
  • Ensure effective communication 

Job Requirements

 

Education

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in office environment with customer service emphasis 
  • 3 years of supervisor experience 
  • Preferred logistics / transportation experience 

 

Qualifications 

  • Ability to acquire TSA certification
  • Speaking/reading/ writing in English 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to sit and work on a computer for 8+ hours per day 
  • Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per day 
  • Strong leadership/ supervisor skills 
  • Ability to work independently or minimal direction 

 

Computer skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications; such as Word, Excel, Outlook 
  • Experience with Inventory Management systems, Intelex is a plus 
  • Ability to learn new programs and software
