Pay: $17.00-$17.50/Hour Pending On Experience 

Job Description: 

• Pulls & prepares files with supplier invoices for processing
• Process various types of AP invoices timely to insure payments and discounts are taken where applicable.
• Types of AP include Import/Export invoices for material, Duty/Brokerage, Export packagers.
• Research of invoice issues - includes cost differences, not received or quantity differences and other issues.
• Review monthly statements from suppliers, resolving any issues and handling supplier inquiries. 
• Assist in audit/tax requests as needed

Job Requirements

1. 2-5 years experience in an accounting role. 
2. Highschool/GED
3. Import/Export experience preferred
