An Automotive Manufacturer located near downtown Grand Rapids needs Quality Inspectors to join their team! This is a direct hire position! Quality Inspectors are responsible for inspecting finished automotive components to ensure they meet quality standards for customer satisfaction.  

• 1^st Shift: Monday – Friday 6:00am-2:30pm

Quality Inspector Duties and Responsibilities  

• Has knowledge of production parts and good decision-making abilities
• Read rejection tags of IPVP to verify what defects to sort for
• Reviews boundary samples for proper sorting
• Conforming / Non-conforming definition and process
• Knowledge and practice of all applicable Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, procedures, and requirements

Job Requirements

• Basic math and problem-solving skills required
• Lift/Move up to 20lbs regularly
• Prior Quality Inspecting experience
• Maintain area cleanliness
