Job Information Description IT Coordinator is responsible for the following: Provide management and guidance for IT supoort or desk-based computer hardware and software. Provide support with diagnosing and solving internal and application issues. Log and track all incidents and requests on Helpdesk system. Carry out daily operational tasks to ensure effective operation of IT systems. Carry out IT installation, implementations, and roll outs.
