Call Center Representative $22 per hour (Bilingual a plus) 

We have an immediate need for a Career- Minded, Enthusiastic Outbound Call Center Representative with a diverse skill set, strong ability to multi-task, active listening skills, fast paced environment, works well under pressure and makes sound judgement calls. Email resume to gasanchez@select.com

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with placing orders
• Assist customers with after sales support such as tracking packages, return authorizations, etc.
• Heavy outbound calls
• Following up with open leads

Job Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year work experience in a sales environment

• Bilingual Preferred: English & Spanish (but not necessary) 

• Professional and articulate phone and writing skills

• Organization, prioritization and multitasking capabilities

• Beginner Excel skills recommended

• Responsible, accountable and dependable
