Job Information Description HR Generalist needed in Orleans, IN 8am-5pm Duties/Responsibilities: Lead all HR administrative and operational tasks including all Onboarding processes Lead Human Resources functions by educating management and employees on best HR practices Communicate and provide guidance on various federal and state laws Act as a liaison between the corporate office and the field Coach and train line managers on HR practices and procedures Conducts internal investigations and recommends solutions Assist management in identifying and developing the talent Guide, train, and coach employees and managers on performance management Support, advise, and partner with management on Human Resources programs and policies Collects and analyzes HR data and makes recommendations for improvement. Assist in developing and executing human resources procedures and policies Develop HR objectives and systems, including metrics and standard reports for local BUs. Job Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and personal information of employees. Experience using HRIS/Payroll Systems. Excellent communication skills, Energetic interpersonal skills, and cultural awareness. Must possess strong Integrity, superb personal and professional ethics, and confidentiality. Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude who thinks strategically, and be creative in finding solutions for improvement. Thorough knowledge of HR procedures, policies, and metrics. Technical competence in all traditional HR functions. Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field (preferred) 3-5 years with a broad-based HR generalist background.
