This is working for a medical manufacturing company located in the Southeast area of Jacksonville, that develop and market medical technology solutions, such as implant systems, sterilization containers, and surgical instruments as well as Individual Patient Solutions that are specifically engineered surgical implants designed per patience for reconstructive purposes. Every part of their process is an integral part of supplying the necessary medical needs to save lives. They continue to supply products in more than 140 countries all over the world.

 

Direct Hire Position! 

Job Title: Educational Program Administrator 

Pay: $50 - 60k 

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm 

 

Summary

Responsible for managing company’s educational philanthropic initiatives. Area of responsibility will include charitable gifts and relationships with recipients for grants, donations and sponsorship for medical education purposes. This role will also require basic accounting and reporting around donation and non-profit activities and other administrative tasks to support company’s philanthropic programs.

Job Requirements

  • Manage profiles and relationships with recipients for grants, donations and sponsorships for medical education
  • Coordinate and manage quarterly charitable giving executive meetings 
  • Manage all gift processing, from inception documentation thru confirmation of receipt of funds. tracking gifts in a central database
  • Understand and execute Non-Disclosure and gift-giving agreements
  • Create gift-giving metrics (OKRs) and dashboards to report results
  • Work closely with Sales teams to track gifts, contacts, et.
  • Manage and organize the department files and update documents as needed 
  • Works with Finance department to manage all gift processing and closely track spending, processes payments and manages requests
  • Not-for-profit accounting (basic accounting and reporting) 
  • Develop relationships that foster positive interaction with gift recipients, universities and executives
