Job Title: Compensation Analyst
Pay: $80 - 100K (depending on experience)
Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
The role will maintain and improve the company’s sales compensation system and will manage the administration and validation of the sales team’s quotas, sales achievements, bonus plans, ranking contests, and other compensation plans. The Compensation Analyst is also responsible for managing the sales territory boundaries and realignment changes by coordinating quota and mapping changes. In addition to sales team compensation responsibilities, this role will also support compensation analytics for the company as a whole including non-sales positions and provide ad hoc compensation reporting.
