Job Duties:

  • Conveys ideas/opinions on marketing plans needed to successfully conclude the sales of Dipasa product line and execute marketing plans according to established company policy.
  • Attends and performs trade shows follow up to assure timely delivery of literature and samples.
  • Phone contacts to augment the efforts of the sales and marketing staff as needed.
  • Studies product’s market worldwide.
  • Prepares annual budgets.
  • Design presentations.
  • Close contract deals.
  • Source new products
  • Process and maintains sales data, sales progress reports and other related records and reports.
  • Data entry to track the delivery of sales literature, product samples and other necessary services to customers or prospective customers as necessary or as directed by the sales staff or management.
  • Answers routine product questions and direct questions to appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • Perform other job-related functions as requested by Supervisor

Job Requirements


  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Base Knowledge of Websites and Online Stores 
  • Familiarity with Graphics Software such as INDesign, Adobe Suit, PhotoShop, or Similar 
  • Experienced with Microsoft Excel 
  • Excellent Communication Skills 
  • Bilingual – English / Spanish

Schedule is Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. This position may require traveling after the probationary period has been completed.
