Ready for a new challenge? We are looking for a Validation Technician to join our growing Automotive Team at our state of the art facility in Detroit, Michigan.

 In this role, you will work on cutting edge production that will be used in many OEM and Tier-1 manufacturers.

 What you will be doing?

• Perform product validation using equipment such as EMC, Environmental, and Electronic tests
• Work with validation staff members to propose improvements
• Provide validation execution in line with the Product Design (C2P) delivery process.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop validation plans. Perform tests in support of validation plan and provide results to product development teams.
• Support root cause investigations for part validation concerns, and warranty returns.

 We're looking for someone with:

• High school or College Technology degree in electrical, electronics, or mechatronics.
• 1-2 years in automotive part testing, building or validation.
• Ability to work cross-departmentally to solve problems and create standards for future processes 
• Familiarity with technical information such as unique test methods and processes
• Clear communication and organizational skills
• Practical electrical, mechanical, or mechatronic skills.

What will make you stand out:

• Knowledge of automotive customer launch processes
• Experiences in EMI.CTI/CTE/ESD test equipment, Temperature chamber, and shaker system
