Busy Production Facility in Belvidere, IL is seeking Assembly Line Associates for 1st Shift.

Payrate: $15.30

Attendance Bonus: $60 Attendance bonus and adding it to the hourly rate they can make up to $16.80 / Hour.

Shift: 1st (6:00am-2:30PM Monday-Friday OT on Saturdays when needed)

Position Summary

Assembly of internal door panel systems. Meeting hourly and daily production expectations with the utmost attention to detail and a high standard of quality.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, reach, use both hands at work stations for the duration of shift. (10-12 hour shifts).
• Must be able to lift up to 20-40 lbs. (not repetitive)
• Must be flexible to accommodate a shift of 10-12 hours and short notice mandatory overtime when needed.
• Must be able to follow all safety guidelines including wearing Personal Protective Equipment. 
• Must be comfortable with Repetitive work station tasks. (Assembly Production)
