ResourceMFG is seeking Roll Thread Manual Machine Operators for our North Houston client (area: Hardy & Airtex).

Pay: $16 - $20 an hour, depending on experience

Hours: 7AM - 5PM with additional overtime as needed

 Essential Job Functions:

• Performing Set-up and operate (Roll Thread) on a variety of steel studs.
• Documents machine data quantity, gauge checks all related records/files and updates as needed.
• Performs machine maintenance and repairs as required using hand tools.
• Works to close tolerances and select speeds, feeds and tools for varying conditions according to reference manuals or materials for machine set ups and repair.
• Reads and interprets conditions defined in reference manuals and related materials to perform repairs. 
• Grinds and replaces tools as required.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Must have Roll Thread Manual Machine experience. Preferred 2 years in a previous manufacturing environment, but not required.

• Must be flexible and able to transition to various tasks quickly or as requested.
• Should present a positive attitude and willingness to help achieve company goals.
• Must be dependable and reliable.
• Must possess a safety first mindset.
• Experience with Landis, Tesler, and Kinefac machines strongly preferred.
