Schedule: 11:00PM – 7:30AM (Sunday – Thursday)

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 1-3 YEARS $25/HR Depending on experience 

 In this position, your responsibility is to oversee 6-11 employees in a Manufacturing environment.  Duties include but are not limited to: Staff development/training, meeting KPI goals, ensuring factory Safety and 5S standards are met.

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate mechanical and organizational aptitude with ability to readily develop, coach, and evaluate staff. To excel in this position, you must be an outstanding problem-solver with exceptional communication and organizational skills as well as punctual attendance.

*Note:  Initial training to take place on Day Shift (7:00AM – 3:30PM – M-F) for the initial 90 days.

Job Requirements

PRODUCTION DUTIES

• Directly supervise a crew of 6-11 (including temporary staff)
• Daily floor walk for 5S & Lean Continuous improvement & Sustainment opportunities
• Development of cross training plan and progress on meeting cross training schedule
• Shift KPI goal monitoring
• Assurance of proper allocation of resources to priority machines/flows
• Machine floater to help keep machines running
• Ensure adherence to all 5S and safety standards
• Ensure Quality checks are performed on finished goods
• Promote factory standards and ensure compliance
• Communicate issues and resolutions, verbally and documented, to Production Leadership Team through shift handoffs and machine logs
• Rapidly problem solve machine issues to restore operation
• Look for and promote areas of Continuous Improvement to factory and leadership
