Job Description:

• Perform wide range of work to install, develop, troubleshoot and process structures
• Responsible for adhering to and maintaining all quality system procedures and requirements to related position
• Perform fixture checks and repair as needed
• Dismantle defective machinery and equipment and install new or repaired parts
• Must understand electrical wiring for: 480V, 208V, 120V and 24V
• Install and repair electrical apparatus such as transformers and wiring, electrical components of machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and electric molding machines (KM, Toshiba, ITN), robots, pneumatic and electric motors/equipment, ancillary equipment, assembly equipment, valving and gauges.
• Install, program or repair automated machinery and equipment such as robots or programmable controllers.
• Set up and operate machine tools such as grinder, drill and milling machine to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs, fixtures and tools.

Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Available

Pay Rates: $26 - $32 per Hour depending on Level of Experience

Job Requirements

Skills Needed for Success:

• Associates Degree or equivalent from a two year college or technical school
• Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a professional manner by getting along with customers, clients, co-workers, supervisors, managers and all other employees
• Great attendance/punctuality is crucial
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to learn new software, as needed
