This is working for a medical manufacturing company located in the Southeast area of Jacksonville, that engineer and builds guides, implants, and medical devices for reconstructive purposes. Every part of their process is an integral part of supplying the necessary medical needs to save lives. 


Job Title: Field Inventory Analyst

Pay: $17 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (9am - 6pm once perm)



This position coordinates the return of all unused inventory from the Sales Reps. Correspond with and provide support to company sales representatives daily to have items such as Sales Support sets, instruments for meetings and other sales aides returned and evaluated. They frequently speak with Sales Reps to organize these returns. This communication will typically be conducted over email, but they will also need to take phone calls. Performs material transactions, inventory adjustments, cycle counts. Evaluates the accuracy of consignment accounts and field inventory accounts. This position will be in the warehouse, but they will have their own workstation.


Minimum Requirements

Need to be proficient in excel; will need to know how to sort and format. Priorities will change on a whim for this role. Candidates will need to be comfortable with rapidly changing tasks. Looking for someone that has experience in office, call center, data entry setting.

Job Requirements

  • Processes and evaluates RGA (Return Goods Authorization) discrepancies returned from all field inventory.
  • Communicates with the sales force to resolve quantity or batch discrepancies on accounts and answer questions regarding product.
  • Executes inventory transactions to amend discrepancies.
  • Communicates with sales force to ensure all RGA’s are returned in time frame allotted.
  • Processes inventory administration fees on overdue RGA’s.
  • Contributes and assists with process improvement initiatives.
  • Assures inventory management work areas are kept in a clean, safe and orderly manner.
  • Conducts inventory on sale reps sample material and compares against inventory levels in SAP.
  • Audits accounts by comparing control sheets to ZPMS reports.
  • Performs material transactions to adjust quantities and batches to correct discrepancies.
  • Processes partial and complete closes for consignment accounts.
  • Coordinates the return of all expiring product in the field.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
