Ensures the facilities and grounds are maintained in accordance with relevant regulations, agency standards, and fiscal consideration.
Reviews regularly site-specific maintenance logs for the residential services facility.
Conducts regular maintenance inspections of the facility with the relevant manager; provides a summary of maintenance recommendations and documents repairs
Ensures facilities equipment and furnishings are maintained in safe, operable condition and/or arrange for replacement.
Documents all work using different PC software
May attend training programs relevant to the duties and responsibilities of this position.
Attends and participates in training opportunities and seminars relevant to this position.
May work with outside vendors to complete a project or repair.
General building maintenance repair including: Toilets, drywall, doors, office furniture, concrete repairs, lighting and fixtures etc. 10.Maintain dock doors, mechanical and hydraulic levelers and dock shelters.
Demonstrates the ability to work individually, as well as with a team, on a regular basis
Frequently works to meet deadlines or work within time constraints as determined by supervisors or the business needs.
Ability to be flexible, within reason, with work hours within a given week.
Demonstrates an aptitude for proper use and maintenance of a variety of hand and power tools.
May be required to work overtime and be able to do so.

Education and Experience Required:
High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
1-2 years of previous maintenance experience (Preferred).
Knowledge of general safety, lock-out tag-out, HAZMAT, forklift safety, electrostatic discharge awareness, foreign object damage awareness, and quality system awareness.
