NOW Hiring a Maintenance Technician

                            WEEKLY PAY & WEEKENDS OFF

$17.00 an hour

M-F 8am-5pm

ResourceMFG is looking for a full time experienced Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled tasks in maintenance, renovation and repair of buildings and related facilities and equipment.

Job Duties:

  • Job Inspects facilities and production equipment to ascertain what repairs, if any, are needed
  • Tracks repairs through internal work order system, and follows up, as needed
  • Repairs Company facilities and production equipment
  • Installs and repairs doors and hardware, bulletin boards, chalk boards, corkboards, shelves, acoustical tile, floor tile, baseboards and other carpentry-related duties as required
  • Removes and replaces plumbing fixtures, such as faucets and sinks
  • Assist maintenance supervisor in the planning of renovations and plant changes
  • Repairs and re-assembles mechanical equipment and machinery
  • Performs schedules preventative maintenance
  • Assist in the relocation of equipment and machinery
  • Operates and maintains a variety of power and hand tools of various machine trades
  • Operates company vehicle for a variety of deliveries and pick ups as needed
  • Operates forklift to assist shipping, receiving, and equipment moves
  • Assists other departments and co-workers as needed
  • Recommends changes as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor

Job Requirements


  • Bend as is necessary to make repairs to production equipment and facilities by lifting, lowering, pushing, and pulling
  • Apply force, push, and pull in order to make repairs
  • Use wrist and forearms to turn and manipulate hand tools
  • Use vision and hearing to assess equipment and machines to ensure proper operation and make adjustments
  • Demonstrate upper body mobility to work above head while standing, sitting, swatting, lying down, kneeling, etc. to make repairs
  • Work in production areas where chemicals, machinery, and safety equipment are used.
  • Occasionally exposed to weather conditions to complete outside equipment maintenance and repair work.
  • May be subject to weather extremes.
  • Possible exposure to hazards of moving mechanical parts, electrical current, cramped spaces, heights, etc.
